这种局部组织的突发改变，有明显诱因(性交)，不肿不痒，基本可以排除感染导致的炎症，不考虑个人生活史的其他情况，我觉得是性交过程中的机械损伤可能性大一点，楼主可以再观察两天看看有没有好转。当然，我不是专科医生，也没有看到实际图片，情况没有好转的情况下请不要讳疾忌医，希望你早日恢复！
