延时类辅助药物道具使用心得~

对,锻炼才是最好的延时,练深蹲,负重。现在快40了,经常早上还能硬醒。

达泊西丁可能我没有按照要求服用吧,约了3000块的外围,想着钱不能白花,怎么也得操足1小时才够本,就吃了达泊西丁,结果头昏,眼重影,小弟弟是有点呆呆的没那么敏感,但是整体状态直接击退性欲了,草草结束,连平时的水准都没达到。
